An operating-business perspective
Running businesses shapes the way I think about investment. I am interested in what sits behind an opportunity: who the customers are, why they choose the business and what enables it to deliver consistently.
Capital is one part of that picture. Commercial direction, customer acquisition and operational support can also contribute to a business’s development. My approach brings those considerations together rather than treating investment as separate from the work of building a business.
Technology and established businesses
Through Auxilium Investment Group, my interests include software, SaaS, cloud and AI ventures, alongside established businesses with growth potential. The connection is a focus on opportunities where strategic direction and practical support can contribute alongside capital.
For technology businesses, the commercial question matters as much as the technology itself: what need does the business serve, and how does it turn that need into a durable customer relationship? My background in digital growth and lead generation informs that perspective.
Property and the underlying asset
Through Rocktor Property Holdings, my interests include residential and commercial property, with an emphasis on acquisition, refurbishment and long-term ownership. Property creates a different set of practical considerations from an operating business, but it still requires an understanding of the asset and the work involved.
The focus is on careful selection, disciplined management and a clear view of how value may be developed over time. Refurbishment, development opportunities and the responsibilities of ownership all form part of that picture.
